Help with MedExpress Payment if using credit

Hi

I have enough credits to pay for my next pen. It says my balance is £0 but won’t let me checkout, as it is looking for bank / paypal details.

Anyone know how to get around it? Have a voucher that runs out tonight 😩

At check out , Does it say, enter bank details , no funds will be withdrawn or words to that effect

Just put your card details. It shouldn't take any money if you have £0 to pay

You have to give payment details each time but they don’t charge you if the credit brings the price to 0.
