Mounjaro breakthrough bleeds

Hiya
Iv been on mounjaro for 5 weeks im about to start using my 5mg. I am spotting and my periods are messed up. This has happened to me in the past if I drastically change my diet or exercise routine.
I'm exhausted all the time as I am anemic but take meds for that.
Anybody experienced this? How long does this bleeding last?
Iv lost 12lbs so far which is excellent

It’s pretty common. If you search the board or internet in general you will see numerous tales.

I’ post- menopausal and had weird pains in the early days similar to period pains!
