Slow, steady loss on 2.5 and 5 (just over 1st in 10 weeks). Once on 7.5 I put on 1lb, then lost it, then back on, then off. I initially put this down to water retention as I got back into the gym but surely it’s not if Ive been yo-yoing all month.
Ive not had any side effects on the lower doses but on 7.5 Ive been lightheaded, tired and freezing cold. Im about to start the next 7.5 pen and was wondering whether to go back to 5mg or keep going with 7.5 and hope it improves.
I’m a bit disappointed that the whole of the last pen has only got me 1lb off which isn’t very cost effective to say the least!
