Been on HRT for 3/4 years been on MJ since November all of a sudden im Bleeding 🤔any ideas?

How old are you? Losing fat releases stored oestrogen which can affect menstrual cycle and kick start it. Lots of posts from women like this but you should check with your GP just in case and possibly get some tests done if you were in true menopause.

My daughter has a merina coil.. not had a period for four years.. she started Mounjaro 4 months ago and had two periods.
There must be something related?.
