Bad reaction to 15mg

Hi everyone, I’ve been very lucky and have had no Mounjaro side effects at all, until 15mg.
I’ve lost 3 stone so far (since August) but now I’m thinking of stopping because of the extreme side effects. For the last couple of weeks, 2 days or so after injecting, I’ll get terrible stomach pains, unbelievably painful gas, swollen stomach and eventually end up vomiting. Then I'm fine the day after.

It will sound silly but I didn’t put two and two together until now as I originally thought I’d just picked up a couple of bugs (family were sick also). Now I feel it’s definitely related to the injections.
Has anyone had anything similar?

I get exactly this on 5mg. I reduced back to 2.5mg and I’m ok with enough suppression too.
it was getting so bad that I was throwing up at work, which I can’t sustain!

Just go back to the dose below that - either on your next pen, or by counting clicks on your next injection.

My endocrinologist told me that the right dose of Mounjaro is the one below the one where the side effects get bad.

You could try dropping back down to 12.5mg if you were fine on that.

Definitely drop down to 12.5mg

No point to struggle, better to count the clicks and do 12.5 if you still have some 15mg left.
