When to take first dose?

My injection should come tomorrow but I am going out for lunch with some friends on Saturday, is there any reason I should wait till after that or should I just take it when it gets here?

No one can predict how you will react because everyone is different.

i didn’t feel any effects the next day - that week i was very tired and had a dull headache.

I just behaved like i normally do on a diet. Didn’t eat huge meals (well I can’t anymore!) drank loads of water and got good sleep.

i inject in a Thursday night - I don’t get side effects and that means suppression is strongest at the weekend for me.

I did my first one the day it arrived. I find that for me the suppression is stronger the day after the injection and then gradually reduces, although still pretty strong by the end of the week.

I didn't have any side effects, other than feeling tired more than usual and cold. I think you need to be prepared that you might not feel hungry at all when you go for lunch, also I didn't drink any alcohol for the first month so if you are planning on drinking then maybe wait until Sunday to start.

It’s so strange how we all respond differently. I have had no issues drinking alcohol. I don’t drink nearly as much because I am counting calories - but had wine during the first week and it was fine😊

I'm not planning on drinking at all so that's not a problem.
