I’m not sure if there is already is a thread about this but I’ll start one anyway.

is it really worth it with these side effects? I feel ok just feeling a bit nauseous it’s one feeling that I really don’t like it takes me back to pregnancy I hated the feeling. I also started having a headache late last night.

is it worth feeling not well and genuinely under the weather to get rid of the weight?

im on my first jag I took on Tuesday night so only couple days in but I’m thinking if I’m really going to always feel sick and have headaches is it worth it?

even the look or smell of food is making me worse because I’ve not managed anything other than a sandwich yesterday morning and 2 strawberries that I had to force last night thinking it would help the sickness feeling

It’s crazy I don’t take drugs don’t smoke not touched alcohol since having my son 7 years ago!

and he’s me having withdrawals from Coca Cola 😩

it is. Really hard lol.

And red bull. It’s rhe caffeine and sugar.

in 2 lites of coke there is 800 mgrams of caffeine. A mug of coffee is about 100.

red bull has about the same as a cup of coffee. So right fhere you’ve 10 cups of coffee. And that’s before any tea of coffee you drink

therw is 150 grams of sugar in the coke. The same as 23 spoons of sugar.

so of course you’re not well. The drug is trying to control the amount of sugar in your blood. It will take awhile. And then you will be having caffeine withdrawal.

symotoms of caffeine withdrawal “Caffeine withdrawal can occur in anyone who regularly consumes caffeine and then abruptly discontinues its use. Common symptoms include headache, fatigue, low energy, irritability, anxiety, difficulty with concentration, depressed mood, and tremors, which can last anywhere from 2 to 9 days.”

honeslry you need to get healthy, and get off that shit.
