Blondeshavemorefun · 15/01/2025 16:15

My amazing auggies ladies 💖 - another thread and heading for 6mths in !!!

Be proud of us all.

We conquered our first Christmas and many of us sts or lost. Which is a first.

Those who gained it was 1-2lbs (minus the lady who ate her family and gained 18lbs) 😂😂 and the gain has come off

So to a new 2025 - some are getting near their goal and thinking about maintenance

Some still have a way to go to get to their happy weight

Some are on the highest dose of 15

Some are 5 and below

Everyone welcome

WOW, Fab losses and pictures ladies.. I wish I had kept my 1st photo from August, but hated it so deleted it straight away and i dont have any that show full length as always hid in photos..

this is the tip i give new starters, take the pic and keep the pic.. and also measurements, i never did any..
But I know im smaller as i put on a pair of my old jeans and they were stupid big, also my belt has gone down 7 holes!! .

Weigh day is not till monday for me so ill report back with fingers crossed a loss.

Just wanted to say that these pictures your all posting I can see a difference in all of them, your all looking fabulous!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/01/2025 11:35

@morbidcuriosityif May be in your bin via cloud or goodie pics ? Or ask original supplier to email it back to you

I will measure tonight but yes kept them along with weight each week - as weirdly lucky I did as iq wanted weight at each pen dose

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/01/2025 11:37

Forgot to say bloody pen jammed today. Again. Lucky I have syringes so syringed .6 out of a 10. Then .3 to make 15

as I turned the syringe round a little dribbled out and I was nooooooooo precious costly liquid

so think have maybe .2 left from 10 which I think is 3 but will see what comes out next week which will be added to my 12.5 pen

med express keep emailing me saying missing me and 20% off. Tempting but they won’t do maintenance so I will next order with cloud so I have a leg in there for maintenance But still have a while to go

bmi 28.97 so top end of overweight

Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun Ive already had a look through google pics, they had some deleted but only went back 6 weeks or so.
Im not too fussed TBH just if I had of kept them it would of been nice to see.

Ive got to take new ones soon as switching supplier, im finding it hard to know when to be home for delivery so going to go to the one I can choose a deliver date and hopefully stay with them till the end.. less than 2 stone to go, I think this will be the hard part, and slower part.

4pink1blue · 24/01/2025 10:40

Looking great @Blondeshavemorefun ! Congratulations on reaching 4 stone 👏
I have somehow lost a week. My weigh ins and jabs don't tally. I thought I was on week 23 but I'm actually on week 24 so I really don't know where I've gone wrong 😂. So at the end of my 6th pen and before I start 10mg my stats are....
Week 24 weigh in
-2.5lbs.
Total loss 76.5lbs.
SW 19st size 22-24
CW 13st 7.5lbs size 14-16

@4pink1blue you look amazing! So healthy as well!

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/01/2025 11:56

Weird my google pics back up to 2005 when got an iphone

yes I think the last stones/stone/lbs will be harder to shift

i seem to lose averaged 2lb a week so going to take me another 15w or so to shift 31lbs to get to 11s

so that’s 4mths 🙀🙀 possibly even longer if lb sts or even gain

so hopefully by beginning of June I will be at target - prob won’t be but if I have that ballpark in my brain and see how I am

so remind me 30 May/6 June if I’m anywhere near 11s

how long does everyone else think it will take them to get to goal

I still have over a stone to even reach overweight 😞 so realistically I'm still looking at another 6 months. The joys of being a short arse!!

Good morning and thank you everyone for your support. I just need to be patient and lose the next few pounds and start to tone up. DH gave me a talking to last night, I just felt aw fuck this but I'm realising just how much fat I had to lose and it's not going to go in 6 months ffs!

@Blondeshavemorefun i can see a major difference in the pics! You look fabulous and your whole silhouette is so slim, beautiful blondes!

I've stayed the same this week 11st 8lbs. I need to kick my arse and start again for the next lot of weight and toning, it's a bloody slog I'll tell ya! But the weight didn't go on in 6 months so although I've been dieting (hate that word) for a year since Jan 2024 the bulk has gone since August, 2.5st. I'd predict that hopefully by the time our holiday is here in June I'll be so much happier with myself. DH is going to buy us some hand weights lol.

The storm is picking up here, one of the neighbours didn't move their bins so the bins and contents have been flying all over the cul de sac ffs. They've been out to pick it up but then put the bins back in the same bloody place ffs lol 😆

I'm not sure what to jab, I said 2.5mg because I have 1.6 in my system according to the app. That would take me nicely to 4mg. If I jab the full 5mg as it's a 5mg pen, I'd probably keel over with 6.6 in the body 😂

It IS hard work to keep motivated and to make the changes which will help us keep this weight off (hopefully once and for all!). Gradually building muscle or starting to tone up, adjusting our shopping habits / meal plans, adapting to eating smaller portions and getting out of the mindless snacking habit. It is a complete change of mindset and lifestyle choices.

That's why I get so mad when anti-WLI people talk about 'cheating' or taking the easy way out.

Well done all of us for making the decision to do this.

Mum0ntherun · 24/01/2025 12:25

My ultimate goal is around 13st - I’m 5’11 and started at 19.1st on 25 Aug.

I’ve lost 3st 8 so far so still have over 2 1/2 to lose but I’m still classed as obese which is frustrating. I’m averaging about 2lb a week so that’s around another 19 weeks to go, therefore about five months. So by the summer I’m hoping to be there but it might take longer and that’s okay (well it’s not, but that’s what I’m telling myself😆).

I’ve moved from a size 20 to size 16 and actually the jeans I ordered just this week are too big but I’ve already taken the labels off one pair so I’m going to take the other pair back and get a 14 - they will likely not fit just yet, but hopefully in a few weeks.

I think we also have to take in mind our body shapes I’m a classic rectangle. I have no boobs and no bum. And I tend to lose weight from everywhere not specific problem spots unfortunately. My fav NSV is my lose bracelet 😆😆

Mum0ntherun · 24/01/2025 12:27

Oh and to add, my whole approach to this has not been to diet because I can’t sustain diets. I love food so I’ve just been eating what I’ve always eaten but in smaller quantities. The biggest thing for me is stopping the snacking. I still eat cheese, I still eat chocolate but not in the mass quantities I used to.

20bloodypounds · 24/01/2025 12:37

@Blondeshavemorefun @4pink1blue Wow! what amazing photos. I think many of us have a decades long internal image of ourselves, and it takes more than 6 months to change that. For the external observer however, we can see what a fantastic effort you've made and how every part of your body has changed. For the moment, you just have to believe us. And blondes those size 16 trousers will come, the laws of physics and human biology will not be wrong.

To those who are despondent about a potential long journey ahead (and of course none of us know how that will go), I find the big difference is that with MJ I CAN keep going. On any other weight loss approach I've never found it sustainable for 6 months, let alone a year.

Today I'm sheltering inside in an area with a red weather warning. It's wild outside and I can't see to get the house warm, even though the heating's been on since 6am. But I'm going to put the day to something useful and will sort some clothes in my wardrobe. There must be stuff in there that I haven't dared to try on, but which might already be too big. We'll see.

morbidcuriosity · 24/01/2025 13:02

My goal was 12.6 , im 5 foot 10.5 so 12.6 takes me to BMI 25 i think or just under. still seems like a huge task and not real that i can do it.. but I keep reminding myself I started at 18.6 and am bordering on seeing 13.13 on the scales so very soon I hope.. I dont feel much smaller but literally everyone is commenting on my weight and how i look different, we just dont see it ourselves as much i dont think.. I know I am smaller than i was but still dont feel ive changed that much.
I still feel 12.6 will be a good aim for me.

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/01/2025 13:14

Similar to me then @Mum0ntherun in time scale but amazing you have gone 20 to 16

why can’t I get my bum hips and thighs into a 16 ffs

and I still eat crisps and cock

wish I didn’t and have the suppression I dad on us auggies and all the other threads

@20bloodypoundsyes it’s def not the easy route

@morbidcuriosity I know you are right and when you /someone says it I see ut but I don’t myself

11s will bring me to top end of healthy bmi

I strugfled at 10.10 and looked gaunt

one can only hope the next 2s come off my thighs and bum /tum and boobs 😂

Switched to oushk from medexpress and really disappointed in the packaging! Arrived in a bag rather than box - and the mj box itself is squashed. To top it off it came with one, not frozen, ice pack.

Can any other regular oushk users tell me if that's normal or have I had bad luck on my first order with them?

Motnight · 24/01/2025 15:03

Glad that you haven't given up cock @Blondeshavemorefun 😬

Slimhopes · 24/01/2025 15:10

Congratulations on all the losses and fab photos showing much slimmer shapes! Amazing to see the changes in shapes, even if you’re not seeing it yourselves yet.
also not managing to heat up here and on west coast Scotland with red warning watching fences being blown down and crossing fingers that ours stays up😬 feels like the storm is peaking just now and lights flickering on and off.

Slimhopes · 24/01/2025 15:13

And I feel far from my goal at the moment with just over two stones still to lose, aiming for around 8st 6lbs and currently 10st 9lbs (1lb off this week so far). This would take me to BMI @23. Will also be around 15 or more weeks if I continue losing at this rate but know it’ll probably slow down with the last stone. Can’t quite imagine getting to that stage but 6 months ago I didn’t imagine getting to this stage!

weaselyeyes · 24/01/2025 16:58

I feel similar @Slimhopes - I've got 10lb to a healthy BMI and 24 to get to 23. If someone had said to me in August that I only had a stone and a half to lose, I'd have been delighted! I feel very envious when someone has started MJ with 'only' two stone to get rid of when I had almost three times that to lose. But it starts to feel tough. We will persevere, though! Like you say, I didn't imagine I'd be here either. I'm aiming for a similar weight and it sounds very small compared to taller posters 😀

Slimhopes · 24/01/2025 17:17

@weaselyeyes that’s amazing that you only have 10lbs to get into the healthy weight range! How exciting being so close! I’d need to be 9st 1lb to be in the healthy range which is another 22lbs but actually I remember counting down 22lbs to get out of the obese range and it didn’t feel so long. It does feel like I’m talking about someone else getting to 8 1/2 st as it feels too abstract to me right now and very small - also only 5ft so it’s where I should be and not almost twice that size which is where I’ve sat at for so many years. Just feel impatient to get there😛

My recent Oushk order also came in a bag, but had a frozen pack but it was intact/unsquished. Pharmacy2U used to come in (as we like to say in somerset) a gert box!

PoemsForTea · 24/01/2025 17:36

Some lovely losses for this stage in the game gang! I finally broke my 4 week nonsense and dropped a lb! Back in the game 😁 At last nearer to 14 than 15!!
Good to see you haven't given up cock Blondes, have 2 to celebrate a lovely loss!

Timetofindme · 24/01/2025 17:42

Thanks @PoemsForTea. Don't understand how the ice pack isn't frozen considering it was dispatched yesterday. Probably slightly horror at the branded packaging too I prefer the anonymity of a plain cardboard box! Seems to be their standard packaging then that's a bit meh

Oh you @Slimhopes and @NippyNinjaCrab might be neighbours

keep safe both of you

hopefully we will both be near our goals in June @Slimhopes

@weaselyeyes tbh I don’t get how those with 2s to lose are over 30 bmi and get mj

tho equally knkw @Azuresky68 fits that bill so …….

what’s a Grrr box @PoemsForTea and well done for lb loss
