Had to buy a second starter dose elsewhere

Iv had to give up with MedExpress who, despite taking my money have failed to deliver and after the 20th email have finally admitted they don’t have any - but no offer of a refund.

iv gone to IQ now, and I’ll try to pursue a refund - but what a waste of January, I ordered on 2nd of January.. I could have been two weeks into my journey by now 🙄

anyone know how long IQ take to verify pictures and do prescriptions etc ?

IQ are very quick once you have submitted your photos, despatched within 48hours then 2 day's for delivery

Gosh that's frustrating. I can't help as I haven't heard anything about that supplier, but I imagine they're all a bit bogged down with new year starters.

That's poor by Medexpress. Surely they have to refund if they haven't got any.

Sounds rubbish but can often happen when one supplier becomes the flavour of the month.

not sure how IQ stacks up on price but I have found Zava pretty good all along and v competitive. Am on a higher dose now but not heard about anyone having issues with the 2.5. With discount I think it’s about £109 or something. Without discount 129.99 I think so quite competitive. I’ve got a code that I’ll put on the code thread now

I used IQ for a few months now and usually if ordered before 3pm it’s next day delivery. This included my first pen too but it was a few months ago. I’m not sure how long it will be now with all the New Year starters. They also price match to any Pharmacy including the discounts, I emailed them with my order number and a screenshot from the monj website showing lowest price and they refunded the difference.

Pen arrived first thing. This is my third pen. I am 20lbs down in 8 weeks.

It seems first time orders are getting pushed - I still have no reply from them
regarding a delivery date or refund …

Have you phoned them?
I would be also asking for heavily discounted second pen for the inconvenience caused.

I did, but gave up being on hold for over 30 mins … they just send out really no comittal holding emails with no real definitive information

You could email them with the order number you've just placed and ask them to price match. screenshot the cheapest supplier at the moment for your dose and include it.

I had a discount code for my first order so it came out super cheap anyways ☺️

My iq order has been dispatched ( with tracking) within 12 hours of ordering.

Iv also had an email med express saying “lost in post” and will refund

at least I’m not out of pocket - but I won’t use them again!! Shame as I had £40 credit from a friend using the referral code 🙄

That's very odd @kmreeve as I ordered on Sunday from Med Express and it arrived today. I actually ordered the first dose in November but didn't start taking it until 2 January, but because of the 8 week gap between orders they won't supply the 5mg so I've had to get 2.5mg again. No problem in the supply though.
