Same MJ dose, returned side effects?

So I decided on week 3 that I'd order another 2.5mg pen as the side effects for the first 2 weeks were horrendous. However, on week 4 my appetite was definitely back and I didn't really feel any effects so I worried I'd made the wrong decision. Anyway - I took my first dose of my new pen 2 days ago and I feel awful and the sulphur burps are back! Is this a bit weird?

Any ideas? Today more side effects have returned 😭

I am 24 weeks at the same dose. While I do notice, for me, suppression comes and goes it is not tied into starting a new pen.

I don't get huge side effects, worst are probably fatigue and constipation, which can come and go too, but they could be more tied into what I have/haven't eaten and/or water intake.
