Anyone taking Mounjaro with pain meds

Is anyone taking Mounjaro with pain meds? I'm already constituted because of the meds so wondering if it might make that worse. Also I read because it slows you digestive system down it can affect how well meds work.
I also had my gallbladder removed and don't know if that might affect it

What pain meds? I take naproxen and Mounjaro and it's fine. No idea about gallbladder though.

I take naproxen, opiate and opioid pain medication, I feel it’s still working ok but if I do take something for breakthrough pain it takes a little longer to work. It hasn’t made my constipation any worse than it was before, probably because I eat a lot less. Again I find it does take longer for the laxative to work though when I do need it.

Yes I do take 2 different pain meds with Mounjaro. I had to increase my dose as Mounjaro seemed to make the dose I was on less effective but once I got a higher dose, I was fine again.
