@Namechang36368 please read the patient information leaflets that came in the box with the pen. Follow those instructions on how to inject and how to store the pen rather than stuff you've found online. Unless it's from your pharmacy.
The pens can be stored, unused, in the fridge up until the expiry date. Yours is in date, so it's fine,
Someone seems to have got confused about the instructions on how to store a pen that you've started using, so done at least one injection from. Once you've started using the pen, it can only be kept for 30 days. That's regardless of whether that's in the fridge or at room temp. It's up to you which you prefer.
