Does MedExpress keep requesting photos?

I'm on my first week of Mounjaro, from MedExpress. I had to submit photos before my first prescription was approved. Do MedExpress request photos every time that you request a new pen? I loathe having to pose for those photos! 🤣

I've ordered 3 pens/3 months and only needed photos the first time.

I’ve ordered 4 pens in 4 months and they’ve not asked for photos since the first time.

I've been on it since June and only just had to submit a second photo in December.

I had to send new pictures at the 6th month mark.

I think it’s the six month mark but most folks leave them before that, as the higher dose pens are very expensive with them and they don’t offer maintenance, so we want to ensure we are with a long term supplier if we need that.

I have had 4 pens and now they have refused as they said my photos were AI generated and I had to get a slip from a pharmacy confirming my BMI
