On jab 2 and have got diarrhoea for the last 2 nights. Trying to figure out what's causing it.

I had tandoori chicken and roast potatoes the other night
Had white rice and a spicy bean curry last night. Had this quite late

Is it the spicy food, or the lateness. I didn't overeat so can't be that.

I know everyone's different but wondering if there's a pattern. Bowels were going crazy last night in bed and woke up tummy pain. I dont have it in the day, it's always overnight which is making me think it's defo something to do with dinner

What is helping ppl? I had a rennies antacid which helped, will have rehydration sachet too.

Sounds like spicy food to me! Try an immodium to stop the diarrhoea and then experiment with not having spicy food in the evenings.

Does this mean I can never eat spicy food whilst on this or is it something my body will get used to? I love spicy food lolll

For me, it's like my body switches off its digestion after a certain point 6/7pmish, I can eat whatever Im able to til then and after that it sits in my stomach until it's ejected thru the night - one way or another Envy

@naemates ah yea I feel like this is happening, but I wonder why. There must be some scientific reason. We eat quite late in our household too so will have to change it

I got a really bad tummy after eating roast potatoes, I think it’s because they are high fat.

i get diarrhoea most days now I’m on higher dose so I think some of us are just more prone to side effects
