I don't have too much weight to lose- particularly around my midriff. Iv been on it 10days and lost 8lbs, lost my love handles and off my face but my concern are my arms. I got really fat arms and armpits (weird I know) when pregnant with my last baby. And I can see the weight coming off them. Unfortunately it's starting to look saggy. Before MJ I go gym 4x a week. I still go but haven't been for the last week. Will strength training help with the loose skin?
