Luckily not ! I have pretty much cleared up my migraines with keto diet though ( no sugar, very limited carbs ! ). I'm continuing maybe not strict keto but more of a low carb diet and no headaches in 3 months.

Drinking plenty of water may help, and eating regularly for stable blood sugar

Not for me. Dull headache in first week, but no migraines at all.

Been on MJ since April and was worried about the same thing but it hasn't increased or decreased my migraines. Just make sure you drink plenty of water and eat small meals even though you might not feel like it.

Yes definitely more migraines but agree with others that it's probably due to blood sugar levels and also my hormones as my periods are a bit everywhere due to being peri menopause so cycle had reduced and I get hormonal migraines

Migraine sufferer for the last 5 years. HRT for the last year. Hasn’t made anything worse for me

Arglefraster · 06/01/2025 00:30

My migraines have gone from 2/month to one in the 9 weeks I've been taking it so you might be lucky too!

Frankenned · 07/01/2025 01:05

No migraines since being on MJ so far!

macap · 07/01/2025 03:07

No worse but no better either.

Ditto. I've basically cured my migraines with LCHF. But I did get headaches at the start of LCHF because of adjusting. Haven't done injections but I assume the lower food intake is vaguely the same.
