I'm 5ft 7in and I'm now at 9st 10lbs at goal. My original goal was 10st.

My BMI fluctuates between 23.5-24 so I’m in the healthy range but I still want to lose a bit more and tone up. My body composition isn’t great

Ah brill. I titrated down very very slowly. I didn't have a strict goal but a window of 9st 2lb -9st 8lbs. I've just seemed to have naturally started hanging out more towards the bottom end of the window.

I'm super strict with calorie counting and I eat what I burn off. If my weight drops any more I will slightly increase my cal allowance per day. I've maintained since October.
