Med Express, How long for first delivery?

I made my order on MedExpress 31/12/24 and got my prescription 1/1/25, now still apparently waiting for dispatch. Does it usually take this long?

Mine took 3 days from start to delivery

Yeah. I order my first on the 1st of September and it arrived on the 6th.

It has been the holidays. They will have been closed. I ordered on the 1st and it is being delivered on the 7th. That seems fair for this time of year given there will have been a surge in applications in the NY.

That seems reasonable for sure, I’m just worried as i haven’t even got an ETA for my order?

I was literally coming on to ask exactly the same question. Ordered on the 31st, prescription approved on Thursday and is now waiting for dispatch. Was anticipating it being dispatched and here by now.

They were not closed Thursday, Friday or today though. New Year's Eve fine but they were back in work on Thursday as my prescription was approved then. They say next day delivery so they should really have been dispatched by now

I ordered on 28/12 still not dispatched as
a first time order. Hoping it will be here by end of next week when I planned to start. Hope yours arrives soon!

I emailed customer services and received a holding response but then almost immediately after got an email confirming dispatch so it should arrive by Weds. Expect it’s a coincidence but just to let you all know.

Mine is suggesting it won't be dispatched until the 14th!!! I'm so cross as I wouldn't have used them if I had known it would take this long!

They sound like they are overwhelmed with first-time orders rather than it being due to the holiday. I ordered end of day Xmas eve, and received it 29 December.

Still no sign of delivery! Med express claim to have sent it but Royal Mail hasn't received it! Now been more than a week since ordering and I will be away from tomorrow for a few days so won't be here to receive it.

All feels like the biggest waste of time and money right now
