Numan, slow on delivery?

Pen got approved 30th Dec with a delivery date of 2nd Jan which I knew would be unlikely over new years but it got approved early on the day so I thought it might get dispatched.

Was told I would get it tomorrow (4th) but my email says despatched yesterday but then tracking says the delivery company are still waiting for the parcel and Numan have confirmed they still have it.

Am really disappointed as I switched to them after having issues with another supplier.

My last dose was Xmas eve :(

My husband ordered his on Wednesday, approved the same day and it has been delivered today. I hope you get it soon!

I thought they closed at 6.30 and just rang and they're closed.

They said they would get back to me today with informationon whats happening. I'm actually really pissed off.

I switched to them ad they're supposed to have better customer service.

I want to just cancel it TBH

Deliveries are with DPD and they are always next day

in my experience the parcels don’t leave the facility until maybe 7pm so don’t show as in transit until later than expected but still arrive next day

As long as there isn’t an issue with your first order and it has been approved then it is probably in progress as above

It could have been Tuesday actually when he ordered. That makes more sense, although still doesn’t help you at all.

I got mine from Cloud this time and as a new customer they were pretty quick. I ordered 7.30pm on Friday 27th and it arrived on the Tuesday.

Yes I had problems with Numan delivery being slow. Only positive was that I then tried to cancel my subscription and they offered me my second pen for £95. It arrived on schedule!
