Caught a virus - inject anyway?

I've caught some kind of dreaded lurgy. For context, I'm on annual leave this week but would normally go to work on this. Blocked sinuses, fuzzy head, swollen glands, explosive sneezing. Will probably turn into a snotathon over the next few days. Your basic nasty cold.

Due to inject tomorrow. On 5mg. Go ahead? Or hold off? I'd rather avoid any side effects at the start of the working week, hence the Friday jab up till now. I also have a hen do next weekend and would rather not inject whilst I'm there.

Thoughts? Realise very few people here are medically trained, but what would your thoughts be?

The instructions don't say anything about not taking a dose if you're ill, so I'd just continue as normal.

Why wouldn't you just carry on as normal?

I've just had Flu A and I carried on as normal.

Yeah the lurgy that a lot have had, I had it and still did 5mg and it’s hard to say whether 5mg or lurgy, take it x

Thanks everyone. I was a touch doubtful about exacerbating any potential side effects. Didn't relish adding the shits to my cocktail of symptoms.

Anyway, injected last night as per usual. No digestive issues today, just the regular lurgy symptoms. Thanks again to all for the advice.
