For the first time as an adult I'm under 200lbs, still a long way to go, but I've lost 20% almost in around 3 months.

I procrastinated for well over a year about these injections. I'm a comfortable size 14 from next, my 18-20's from there were getting tight.

I have so much energy, if I need to stay on maintenance when I'm at my goal for the rest of my life, I'm happy to.

I carried on with the injections over Christmas, didn't give it any more thought and still lost a pound.

How's everyone else doing?

These drugs are literally life changing for so many of us.

Congratulations! I agree, life changing. I jabbed Xmas day per normal schedule and also lost 3lbs over Christmas! I didn't feel deprived to all and honestly just don't get the food obsession anymore. The piece of Christmas pudding and slice of chocolate yule log were so enough over Christmas rather than a whole box of mince pies, chocolates, more yule log, Christmas cake etc 🙈 Just so not needed.

It's like being reprogrammed isn't it!

The only issue I'm having is I can't see the loss, I mean my clothes are smaller, I couldn't have got in these three month ago, but when I look in the mirror I don't see a change.

I am the same even though I'm markedly smaller. I'm wearing a size 8/10 from 16/18. I had to give myself a compassionate head wobble on Christmas day because I 'felt fat'. I know it's nothing to do with my size and something else much deeper which is why it requires a lot of kindness and compassion from ourselves.

Same, I've been on them a year and am a 12 down from a 20/22. I still feel 'fat'!

Have just finished so will see how I get on when off them!

I got myself one of those weighted hoops for Christmas where you spin the ball round, hoping getting more toned will help me see the difference. I have a size 12 outfit hung on the back of my bedroom door for inspiration.
