Click count on 15mg pen - help.

Hi everyone, someone shared with me an image that listed how many clicks it took to get certain doses from the Mounjaro pen, and I can’t find it!
If anyone has a copy, please share. TIA

It's a straightforward calculation, you don't need a chart. The calculation is just:

(dose you want in mg / pen dose in mg) x 60 = number of clicks

So, say you want 10mg from a 15mg pen, it's (10/15) * 60 which gives 40 clicks.

Alternative click chart I use which also includes columns for the extra liquid in the pen. Easy enough to knock up in excel.

Example of my current dose highlighted in red -

45 clicks/0.45ml in 5mg pen = 3.75mg dose

Totals after number of doses
Green excluding extra liquid
5 doses/225 clicks/2.25ml (pen doesn't lock as < 248 clicks)
Blue including extra liquid
6 doses/270 clicks/2.70ml (pen locks as > 248 clicks)

If the pen locks on the last dose you will need to hard twist or use a syringe to access. If trying hard twist mark the number of clicks with a biro on one of the doses before the pen locks.
