Which of the injectables has worst / most side effects for you?

They're all essentially the same drug, with very slight differences, you may respond differently to one or the other, you just have to start one (if you want to) and see how it goes.

I've seen somewhere that Wegovy seems to get fewer side effects but Mounjaro is more effective at weightloss. This could affect people differently and for you it could be the opposite or they'll both affect you the same way. So you'd have to pick one and try it, see how it goes for you.
