I'm on 5mg mounjaro and lost 1st my grandson sent for 2.5mg and doesn't want to use it ,can l use it for when l go up to 7.5 it has not been opened .

It's illegal to pass on prescribed medication, although a prosecution is unlikely. So he shouldn't be passing it on to anyone.

@Angiepanjie you could take it and do double to make 5mg or even 7.5 ok your not meant to but if u didn't ask on here no one would know

Expensive way to do it, using it to make up a dose. Has your grandson definitely decided it is not for him - does he have alternative plan to resolve his obesity? I would maybe leave it in the fridge until close to expiration to see if he changes his mind.

Or are you likely to taper down again before it expires?
