NUMAN, video consultation?

Am trying to switch providers and it's days free consultation and a photo of what looks like a phone consultation

Do you have to do this? I have OCD and anxiety and hate video and phone calls.

Am happy to provide photos etc

I thought the whole point of a subscription service style provider like Numan, and the added value for their more expensive prices was the consultations?

If you don't like that part of their offering you might be better with another provider.

I didn't have a video or phone consultation, just via online/ the app. This was a few months ago, so they may have changed it since.

I don't use them anymore as didn't need the extra support.

I still use them and everything is done online as you say.

Their support is very good but not intrusive.

Maybe the initial process now involves a video call? Perhaps gearing up for tighter regulations? I signed up in November and there was no call then.
