No gallbladder supplier

I had my gallbladder removed years ago. I’ve received 3 pens from MedExpress. I’ve seen yet another person who has been refused further treatment from MedExpress 3 months into their journey because they have had their gallbladder removed. Clearly I need to find a supplier willing to prescribe to those who’ve had surgery. Please can any of you help me find a supplier that is happy to do so? Preferably one who continues to supply until a BMI of 22/23 and who will continue to supply a maintenance dose. Thank you.
