Help please - no dose released !

Help please!
I'm meant to take jab 3 at 5mg this evening but the dose isn't releasing. The priming process didn't appear to work but I went ahead and twisted to 1 and tried to inject but it won't let me push down and insert. There should be this week and next weeks dose left. Any ideas please?!

Can you extract it with a syringe and inject that way? Mine has jammed before so I got some in.

Try a new needle.

the whole point of priming is to check the needle works - yours didn't by the sounds of things!

new needle, little press to check it's primed and then twist back to one again. This is what the 'bonus dose' is for to give some leeway.

If the priming didnt work thats when you try a new needle..

pop a new needle on the end now and try, ive had 2 duff needles in 20 jabs..

Thank you! I changed the needle and it worked. I think I lost more than I should have done when priming but at least managed to inject the majority. Thank yig.
