Do IQ Doctor require monthly photos or provide long term maintenance

Pretty much what the title suggests.

Getting fed up of Curate needing monthly photos and IQ is a similar price.

Still have a long way to go till goal so might well switch providers before then but would be good to know if IQ doctor provide long term maintenance.

Looking to order my next pen tomorrow so they have it ready to go through from Monday
I won't need it for 3 weeks but ordering early due to possible delays in processing come Jan.

I didn’t need to provide a photo for my second pen. Unsure about maintenance.

Iv had pens 5, 7.5 & 10 from them. I provided a picture on the first pen (as to be expected) and I haven’t been asked for one since.

Unsure about maintenance though, as I still have a while to go.

Thank you both.. putting my order in today. I will stick with them for a while unless their turn around times are shite or prices go up by a significant amount compered to the competition.

I've just changed to them from med express as they won't now price match

But they wanted to know my weight at each pen-front and side pics - weight pic and driving licence

Seems a lot of hassle to get £40 off a pen

I have emailed and Asked about maintenance

So Many are doing it so hopefully they will

Just need to know the cut off as don't want to get to 27/28 and not be allowed

Yes I have just filled the form out as well.
I was hoping to use my weight pic from last month that I sent to Curate but I didn't have a side profile so just took new ones anyway. Front & side
Then I saw the filling out the details of the starting weight on the different pens! and thought I shouldn't have bothered.
But done it now and it did work out £10 cheaper than Curate.
Hopefully this will be the provider I stick with and that they do maintenance.

I didn’t have to fill in anything about each pen but I only ordered 2.5mg once before I went with them so could of been that.

When you reorder you just have to put your height and new weight in and it fills in the rest for you.

Yeah I guess the filling out the weight on the pens thing was as I was a new customer to them starting at 10mg and had no history.
I don’t mind doing all the admin once.

@Ironthrone as above I guess as I'm new as wanted 12.5 that I had to add them all

I've been approved by iq. Just got the email

Still waiting to hear about maintenance plan

Med express have come back with only 2yrs and if swap /leave they may not take you back if under 28

So thinking it's important now to stay with a supplier once get to 29/28

Hopefully more will do maintenance

Submitted all info around 10pm Sun 29th Dec.
Received an email 9am Mon to say it was being processed.
Wouldn't be too happy if it isn't approved by Friday tbh.
OK for delivery next week.

Thanks Blondes. I never find these maintenance statements that clear but at least they don’t follow the 2 year rule and do seem to offer something.

I probably have 10+ months to go before I get to maintenance.

Yes seems no time scale. More if get too low. Which I guess makes sense

Hopefully have another 2.5s to lose so prob 6mrhs or so

Taking it slow means should stay off

Has your order been delivered yet?
I haven't received any further emails since Monday morning when I got one to say that it was being processed.
The status changed online to order assembly New Years Day and nothing further has happened.

@Redlightbulb I got an email today from iq saying order is complete and will be dispatched today

5mins later one from iq and dpd parcel saying they are expecting my parcel and will be in touch when they have it

They don't need a signature so have added in there my safe space if iim

Which is good. As med express who use Royal Mail have to have a signature and that how I missed one on a sat which annoyed me as they don't deliver sun so didn't get it till mond yet they sent it fri

I did email them yesterday to ask and their reply came today

So maybe email them with your order number

They are quick in replying to emails

I guess the posting is longer due to being approved before new year. Then new year iyswim

I doubt anything will happen tomorrow but fingers crossed for Monday.

I ordered my first pen on the 28th and it was stuck saying order assembly for a number of days. I phoned them this morning and the person I spoke to said it would be dispatched today and I got an email shortly afterwards saying it had been dispatched and I got the tracking email from dpd. Hopefully yours won’t be too far behind, but it’s definitely worth giving them a call to double check.

My order was 28th as well but had to send in pics a new so wasn't approved I think till 29

Obv new year then so be a longer delay

Hopefully will come Tom and will wake up to a text /email from dpd

Normally IQ doctor are really fast, all of mine have been dispatched same day as long as I order early enough. However I ordered a pen on Friday 20th and it was dispatched 30th and arrived 31st. So they've definitely been much slower over Christmas/New Year

Text and email came came saying will be delivered today 12-1

Tbh the best I've had as pack was totally frozen and hard

Equally it is -2 outside 😂

But can't fault iq

Think the delay was due to new year
