Kind patches

Anyone tried the GLP1 kind patches? I'm on my third day with them and my appetite is suppressed but not sure if it's them or because I'm slightly ill.

OP posts:

God I just saw it come up on insta, says it’s “the worlds first gap-1 patch”, “with clicnally studied ingredients” and that it’s “a breakthrough patch and the ultimate tool.” “A break through in weight management “ “simple to use and powerful with results”

absoltely shocking , considering it contains Berberine and cinnamon . One of the most blatant scams I’ve seen,

the patches are not a scam, they clearly state that they do not contain Semaglutide which is the active ingredient in ozempic, mounjaro etc.
Currently at 140 kgs 308lbs 22 stone, I’ve started my patches today and am hopeful. Would love it if you could keep us updated OP, of any weight loss, side effects, if you think they are working, and here to support you aswell, let’s do this 😊

how are you getting on with them? i’m debating starting them

SilenceInside · 19/01/2025 17:31

@Lavenderrose92 if you want to try using berberine, which is the "main" ingredient in these patches, then buy it in tablet form at least. There's less than 13mg of berberine in each patch, and 1000mg in most tablets, so the tablets contain very much more active ingredient and are also cheaper.

Kind patches GLP-1. Both myself and daughter I’m 59 and she’s 30. Been on them couple of weeks and have had pains in right hand side ovaries. Sore feel like going to have a period but obvs I’m not. So painful. Was in bed for a day yesterday due to pain being so bad. Only going to have one/two a week now.

mashingwachine · 23/01/2025 18:05

Not misleading so much an a blatant lie. I have no idea how they are getting away with this.

I mean, I’m just a normal user wanting to share my experience, why are people so skeptical?
so far, so good! It’s not the glp1 injections but I feel like it’s making a slight difference, taking the edge off my appetite.

I posted a similar post to yours. Lots of critical comments. I started on the patches today. I know they’re not the same as proper GLP-1 medication, but thought it worth a try even if it’s just a placebo effect.

It’s rubbing cinnamon and berberine on your skin. It’s as far away from glp meds as it gets, and it’s a tiny percentage of the berberine you get down Holland and Barrat, win tablet form, very cheaply, and there is no evidence rubbing cinnamon, pomegranate or berberine on your skin makes you lose weight.

My problem with them isn't that people are trying it, that's fine, you do you and all that. I don't like the fact that they are advertising these as 'GLP1 patches' - they are absolutely not GLP1 patches.

Fair enough, that’s an issue with the company themselves, not a personal critique of the people who are trying it.

Absolutely, the poster said they aren’t the same as “proper glp “ medication, they aren’t any sort of glp med, it’s common cheap ingredients rubbed on the skin. Like cinnamon,

if people want to spend money doing that, fair enough, but it’s appalling they are getting away with selling this crap and advertising it as glp patches. There is no doubt vulnerable people are paying for them,

Wow, so you have tried the patches and they were not working? You should really put a review on their website.

Marv1nGay3 · 03/02/2025 15:43

Slightly unrelated but just a warning. I tried the jet lag Kind patches and had a massive allergic reaction ( I guess to the glue). Ended up with a deep moon shaped scab and have been left with a permanent scar….. be careful with them if your skin is at all sensitive.

I know they do not work (I work in Pharma and I know how medicines work). I was just surprised because the same person was using the patches few weeks ago.

Aimz2bme · 06/02/2025 21:45

currently using the kind patches and I am noticing zero difference to appitite I knew it wasn’t the glp but thought I would try a natural way. I feel like you would be better off going to the newsagent buying stickers and just telling yourself they will help you not feel hungry. Maybe I’m not using enough? Maybe I should cover my whole body with them.

I had the same with the GLP patches. Massive scar that is not fading. Only wore one for one day. Been a few weeks now. Wouldn't touch any of them again!

user6788 · 31/07/2025 08:37

GLP-1s slow down the emptying of your stomach, so makes you less hungry and will even make you sick. It’s important that you make sure you’re getting them from reputable sites as you have no idea what these so called trusted sites are selling. GLP-1 medication should only be prescribed by a healthcare professional. You have the same issue with people getting ahold of mounjaro and not having health checks before as they’re buying online and ending up with thyroid cancer, which is a risk that is explained to you if you had gone through the correct channels.

MumofARogers · 08/08/2025 10:49

So I started these a week ago and noticed a difference in my appetite immediately. I've never not finished a plate of food before but now, can only eat about 2/3s and I really can't eat any more. I know it doesn't contain any actual glp-1 but it boosts your body to make it naturally. I don't have any cravings for food and I think these patches genuinely work. It did give me diarrhea for the first couple of days but I can live with that, especially as I've lost 3kg this week. I would definitely recommend if you can't afford the injections (like me).
