Mounjaro / methotrexate / hernia - anyone else?

I'm considering starting Mounjaro (or similar) with my GP suggesting it as a means to lose weight - needed generally, and ahead of possible surgery further down the line for a massive incisional hernia as a result of major abdominal surgery post c-section.
I'm conscious that hernia is largely populated by the bowel, so worried about impact of constipation as a side effects, and wondering if anyone else takes the meds with a hernia?
Also I've very recently started taking methotrexate injections for Psoriasis as my skin has been worsening for a couple of years now. So far no adverse effects from the MTX yet but on a low dose and will be working up. If the MTX doesn't work then it will be a switch to biologics, trial and error. In fairness the GP asked pharmacy to check for weight loss injection / MTX contraindications and she claimed there were none. But again, just keen to know if anyone else here is taking both and how it's going?
I wish I wasn't so complicated 🙄
Thanks!

And to clarify, I can have a further discussion with my GP on these concerns, but she can't prescribe it, so has recommended i research private options which I'm fine with.

I have a lot of adhesions (internal scar tissue) from previous abdominal surgery and it has been OK. Not too much constipation. You start at a low dose so maybe could see how it goes with that.
