And no, I’m not pedaling a code.

Just to say I’ve been a customer of theirs for over half a year now. They have been pretty great (maybe I’ve been lucky?). I had a gap in orders of 6 weeks (had a few pens on hand so didn’t need to reorder for a while), and I placed my order yesterday and it is arriving tomorrow.
Just for anyone wondering if they take ages , have delays, etc. For me it will be 48 h order to delivery, which is pretty great.

I've ordered from MedExpress, Zava and IQdoctor and had a good prompt service and delivery from all 3 of them.
IQdoctor was the quickest for me.

I had a gap in ordering and they want me to go back to 2.5
I had a 7.5 pen but wasn't doing a full dose and doing every other week so time elapsed

I’m leaving them as they won’t do maintenance, and are confused with wegovy, give the same guidance, and the responses are condescending, which is odd considering it is them sending erroneous messages.

but lots are speedy and cheaper, but I am moving to one of the many who now offer maintaintenance, even though my bmi is still high. I want to be with someone I know who will not just cut me off,

edit also they are now also far from the cheapest.

They took a couple of weeks to send out my only order with them. I won't be using them again.

It also came in the most ridiculously large box! Unlike the normal coolbag style jiffy bag envelopes the rest of my MJ orders came in.

Both the delay and the box size made it too awkward to trust them to deliver to my workplace again.

I ordered two pens from them at 2.5 mg (no problem), then used another supplier for the third pen (also 2.5 mg) because I needed it to arrive on a specific day. When I tried to order 5 mg from MedExpress, providing evidence of continuity of use, the order was completely messed up. I received repeated requests for the same information, and in the end I cancelled the order and went with another supplier. I'm going to stick with the other supplier! At least MedExpress did refund me quickly. I get the impression they have more orders than they can properly manage.

Wow have you see what they have done now. This is the new price match policy, so they picked the most expensive ones. So basically they don’t price match any more either.

so against them it’s No maintenance, erroneous messaging where they mix up wegovy and mounjaro, and now making their price match a con that doesn’t exist,

We only price match with items sold directly by the below retailers. Superdrug Online Doctor, Zava, Juniper, Simple Online Pharmacy, Oxford Online Pharmacy, Boots Online Doctor, Asda Online Doctor, Lloyds Pharmacy Online Doctor, Pharmacy2U, Voy, Chemist4U, HealthExpress, Numan

The double match is gone and oxford are the same price as them now.

In fact I’m confused. Are you saying Oxford increased their pricing significantly? As Oxford is a high priced one now like medexpress. So yes a con.

I’ve been with MedExpress for 4 pens now, always come really quickly, well packaged etc. They give lots of discounts with blue light, Quidco etc. Reliable can’t always be the cheapest

My issue with them to be honest is the lack of maintenance and giving erroneous advice on it, Ie mixing it up with wegovy and getting it wrong.

i also object to a price match that is manipulated so there is no price match. They would have been better cancelling it.

I am moving to Pharmulous because of MedExpress's lack of maintenance support. I have never had any issue with them, dispatch times have always been good and nice cool pen has always arrived within 24 hours.

But they will be missing out massively because of their attitude to maintenance. Maintenance is the global future market - they are being astonishingly shortsighted.

I've been with MedExpress since the start and they've been brilliant in terms of delivery times and communication etc. Ordered my first 7.5 on Sunday and it was delivered yesterday so really can't complain from that perspective.

I've had some discounts with them so I've been lucky but if they aren't going to do a maintenance plan I will look for another supplier when I've finished using up the credit I've got. That's far more important to me than the actual monthly cost tbh.

Honestly I think they've had a poor business plan and they've been a victim of their own success with the credits and price matching and they've gone far too far the other way now in rowing back on what they've previously offered. People will walk away permanently unless they offer decent discounts again. They've not planned this very well.

I emailed them over a week ago asking for advice about stopping and whether I go cold turkey or titrate down and they haven't replied just ignored me!

They stopped my order and told me to put my current pen in the bin as I'd had my gallbladder out!
