Has anyone ordered from Curate?

How long did it take to approve and deliver?

Ordered on Sunday but going away for Christmas this coming Sunday morning so hoping it will arrive by Saturday night.

Ordered my previous 2 oens from different pharmacies who were v quick and updated me a lot more!

(I realise it has only been 2 days)

With it being the run up to Christmas and a peak period and also the first experience of higher volume Mounjaro orders around Christmas for many of these pharmacies, you might be best speaking to Curate directly to see if there are any concerns. Previously earlier order experiences, even last week, might not reflect what is happening this week.

Remember you will need to factor in potential delivery delays too at this time of year.

In hindsight, changing supplier at this time of year might have been a bad idea.

They have no phone number 😭

Really regretting this now!

Curate did not meet all the GPhC standards in their last inspection in October this year, and are subject to an improvement plan,

The other two companies I used were so quick I obviously got a bit blasè 🤦🏻‍♀️

Oh! Just got an email saying it's been approved, hopefully they're just as quick with the despatch!

Curate were absolutely appalling for me, I ordered and was approved, then waited 2 weeks for it to be dispatched. When I emailed to ask for it to be dispatched they cancelled my order!

They still haven't refunded the money I paid even 3 months on.

Awful customer service.
