Monjaro diarrhoea then constipation

Hi all

on week 7 on Monjaro and keep going between diareah and then constipation- is this normal? I have terrible health anxiety so always worry about change in bodily functions.

Oh thank god - I was spiralling that I have some awful bowel disease
