Jan start- what do i need to know?

I'm around 110kg size 18 and 5ft 8.
I'm fairly sedentary as I am waiting for ankle surgery so can't exercise.
I'm thinking about starting the injections in the new year.
What do I need to know?
I believe it's about £150 a month?
Which suppliers are good?
I've lots of questions no idea where to start.
Please help
