I am 0.2lb off my target weight after stepping on the scales this morning! Although I think I may try and lose a few more lb just so I can keep a comfortable buffer!
But anyway, thoughts are on maintenance, I have a bit of a stockpile of 15mg which I am planning to count clicks to use to taper down (yes I know I'm not supposed to keep an opened pen longer than 30 days but here we are)
Then beyond that, I'm with Asda, they don't seem to have a maintenance plan as such, I did message them and they suggested they are happy to keep prescribing while my BMI is 22/23 but haven't given a steer on what dosage etc, and they certainly don't offer any options at a reduced price for maintenance.
Do any providers offer this? And if so how easy is it to switch while at a healthy BMI? Any thoughts or advice appreciated, thank you.
