Now I get what you all meant, several months in and after starting 7.5.

I regret everything I ate yesterday
It is still haunting me

Lol, sorry, I shouldn’t laugh but ‘I regret everything’ made me chuckle.

What did you eat?!

Sometimes the day after my jab in the middle of the night I have vomited by dinner.
I think this is due to the delayed gastric emptying.
Food has been sitting in my stomach producing gas and some acid reflux.
Then when I got up in the middle of the night to go a wee the gas all comes out in a series of sulphur burps. This then caused me to vomit.. not sure if your experience was similar!

Yep I get you. Being woken at 4am with diarrhoea i definitely regret my dinner choice!

Please can some of you tell me things that you have really regretted eating?! (So I am can make a list before I start!), I have put roast potatoes on my list after reading another thread, and not too much cheese..

@CatEatDogWorld I’ll give you one.. plain rice mixed with a chicken oxo cube. I had disgusting egg burps for days and I was very very nauseous. Definitely don’t do that!

I’m not sure that I would have tried that combo, but definitely won’t now ! Thanks

Hahaha, yes, I didn't know what people meant by eggy burps, guess they eat a lot of eggs. I am in my second day of Indian fried rice burps, at the weekend it was Tia Maria burps and I've had beef monster munch burps, also a lot of flatulence which fortunately don't smell. That are loud and embarrassing tho.

@Doggymummar I've not touched eggs since starting mounjaro, but have the eggs sulphur burps unfortunately.... I think it's from food sitting in the stomach too long.

Whatever causes it... it's horrific

Oh dear not good. I have a prescription for omezaprole (spelling) so that or a Guardium usually fixes it.

I've got some omeprazole but it's not helping.

Beef monster munch was what I wanted, but the shop only had pickled onion

Haven't had an egg for weeks, and already steer clear of anything spicy, as that hasn't agreed with me since before starting Mounjaro.

I didn't expect a small bag of crisps to be so...violent.

Sure it will help the weight loss this week though as all good thoughts have gone.
