Is anyone else taking supplements or anything to help alongside their weight loss meds?

I sometimes take a glucommanan supplement to help when I have tummy rumbling but can't face eating anything.

Also perfectil, vitamins with biotin for hair, and electrolytes.

I don't know that supplement but think taking anything to make you feel full or slowing stomach emptying (if it is effective and not a gimmick) alongside Mounjaro is unadvisable, I would suggest speaking to your provider about that one.

For other supplements I am taking what I can to help my hair which is really thinning - Perfectil (the HAIR one), Biotin, Iron spray and Marine Collagen Powder (I know some say it doesn't work, but I am giving it a try for 6 months, no harm done if it doesn't other than to my purse!).

Also took Vit D and Codliver oil prior to MJ and still take. Stopped my multi vit as the perfectil one covers most bases.

I don't take anything, I'm eating better than I even have so I figure I'm getting what I need from food, at last!

I take Vit D, some omega oils and a general multi-vit, but I took all of these anyway, as part of my perimenopause regime. I also take anti-reflux meds more often, now, as I get issues if I eat anything too fatty / drink more than a glass of wine. Nothing related to weight loss, though.

I’m not sure that’s wise op.
