Slow loss on 7mg

I’ve been pleased so far, have lost 24lbs in 9 weeks but this week, the first 7mg dose, it’s only been 1lb. I have felt hungrier and have had one bar of chocolate- the first I’ve had the whole time, but I’ve counted every calorie and most days been way under my allowance.
Im trying to trust the process but feel a bit disillusioned this week. I suppose a pound is a pound- maybe it’s just slowing down. Has anyone else experienced this?

You’re likely to have several slows or stalls on your way down the weight. Try not to be disheartened. Just keep going doing the things you know are right.

(Six months in, over 3 stone down, 2 stalls - which felt like ages but in fact were a few short weeks, nearing goal and losing slowly now which feels right, appetite ebbs and flows)

I stalled for four weeks on 7.5, and have only just moved past it to start losing again. I think it was just a normal plateau as my body adjusted (3 stone down). I'm sure there will be more along the way. So frustrating but just carry on.

I started 7.5 last week and have been up and down 4 lbs for 10 days! This morning, I am 4lbs down on yesterday and the lowest I have been yet so am hoping it is over. Just keep on keeping on and things will move👍

I was just about to start a chat as I am on 7.5 and definitely feeling hungrier but also wondering if the weather, cold had anything to do with it

Could be! My digestive system is used to it now thank goodness!
