Evidence for new supplier

MedExpress have cheesed me off because they won't price match as the cheapest suppliers don't offer sharps' bin!

Absolutely ridiculous as MedExpress don't send a new bin every order!

Anyway I'm trying to get a new supplier and they obviously want proof of previous orders. However MedExpress website only shows your previous orders but doesn't list your name and DOB, to prove to new supplier you are who you say you are.

How do you get proof?

I havent used medexp before, but do they have a letter you download for your gp with the details of your latest prescription, could you use that?

Or a photo of the pharmacy label on your M box?

Oh thanks for quick response. I can't find anything in my account for GP letter or even anything with my name or DOB.

@MondayTueWed if MedExpress notified your GP, and you have the NHS App, you can access any letters that were sent to your GP on your GP health records. They should have your full details and the specifics of what you were prescribed.

They deducted £1.99 off my price match for the sharps bin. I didn’t receive a new bin with my order then I saw this on Trust pilot. I emailed the screenshot and got my £1.99 back! It’s wrong they use it as an excuse not to price match when they only send them with the starter doses anyway

I know. It annoyed the hell out me today when they gave that as the reason for not price matching!!

Anyway have gone with another supplier, I'll let you know how I get on. It's just such a hassle to change supplier. And they wanted sooooooo much information AND a picture with the date in it!

I used them for my first order & then changed suppliers. I only went back because it was double price match plus extra discount for returning customers. I won’t be using them again though. It is a hassle changing but you can save a small fortune, I’m 6.5 months in & on my 3rd supplier now lol

I’m 4 months in and on my 4th. Why would you not swap each time!

I’ve a credit and will use that in Jan and I’m also leaving them.
