Don't come at me

My BMI is 27 I'll be 11stone 9/10. I'm 5ft5

I've ordered this and been approved due to medical conditions

I don't look over weight, my hold a lot in my face and stomach..I'm unhappy and want to be 10stone..

So that's why I'm doing it.

I'm scared to take the first step, it's in my fridge 🤣 any tips how to reduce side effects

If you've been approved why would anyone 'come at you?'

You'll be surprised of the stuff I've seen with people starting at 27bmi. But we're all in same journey.

Diarrhoea, gas, exhaustion, but it does pass.

The criteria is either 30+ or 27+ with medical conditions, so there's nothing to say seeing as you qualify. People don't 'come at' anyone in those categories.

If you chose to order it then you will have reasons why losing weight is vitally important for you. Presumably for serious health reasons given what you've said. So I'd say remember those reasons if you're scared to start.

As for minimising side effects, it's largely out of an individual's control how their body reacts to the medication. You can help somewhat by avoiding large heavy fatty carby sugary meals. Prioritise protein and low carb veg.

I don’t think we are all on the same journey at all. But equally people have no reason to ‘come at you’ for doing your journey your way.

i have been very fortunate and never had any side effects, i completely changed my diet when i started this and eat healthy all the time. I think what you eat definitely helps keep bad side effects at bay.

If started at 11 stone 12 and I'm 5ft6.

I am now 9 stone 10 :)!
