When can you re-order?

Does anyone know when you can re-order your next pen with Cloud? I don't want to run out over Christmas because of slower delivery times. Many thanks.

I've used them a few times and they'd send me a reorder email 3 weeks after my order. I suppose you can reorder in 2 to 3 weeks.

You can also reorder earlier and put in their notes or email that you're ordering earlier due to the Christmas rush/slower delivery times. I believe they should accept that as a valid reason.

I am with Cloud and intend to order my next pen on Sunday then the next in two weeks just before Christmas. I have only just started a new pen so that will see me through 14 weeks ( I extract the 5th dose).

I am expecting there will be a rush in demand in the New Year and want to make sure I have my supplies.

I was able to re-order my next pen after about 2 weeks from the first one, so I have it to not run out over Christmas/the new year.

Lloyds have allowed early reorders due to Christmas/New Year delivery/processing issues so I am sure other pharmacies will as well
