God bless Complan

Since starting the 5mg injection, just over a week ago, I've struggled to eat at all.
The suppression is amazing.
A friend mentioned Complan, I'm so glad she did.
I have the vanilla one about lunchtime and I'm then able to eat a little dinner in the evenings. Really thought I was going to have to stop the injections but so far, so good.
If anyone is struggling to eat I definitely recommend Complan.

For me it's shakes like Huel.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've taken my last 2.5mg dose and have a had a few days where I've really struggled to eat which has just made me feel even more sick. Will definitely look into Complan and Huel before I move up to 5mg.

Oh I’d not do complan, things have moved on, try Huel , specifically Huel black, so you get 35 g of protein v 16 on complan. As protein is key.

however you shouldn’t be struggling to eat, I’d look to reduce the dose
