Voy - cancelling plan advice?

Hi all. I'm with Voy who seem very expensive. However, I do like the support. I've heard several times that cancelling the plan prompts them to offer £50 off.

I've just had a look, clicked cancel and then clicked 'too expensive' as the reason. No money off was offered, simply a 'we'll be sorry to see you go' and then a series of reviews from trust pilot all mentioning that the cost was worth it. Under that was a link saying 'no I still want to cancel' or something similar.

I'm now too worried to press on in case it does cancel without offering the money off. I really CBA with arranging another provider right now as things are kind of hectic. Does anyone know if this 'sorry to see you go' page is then followed by another page offering the money off, or have they changed the way they do things?

I do fully intend to shop around in the future but, for now, would prefer to keep things simple with the same provider. Thanks in advance.

It's so easy to order elsewhere. You just fill out a quick questionnaire, supply a couple of photos and ID sometimes.
Doesn't take long at all.

Oh, I know you're right. That's the plan for after Xmas. For now though, and particularly seeing as I'm about to go up to 5mg, I'd like to stick with the support Voy offer. Thank you for the link though, I'll definitely be using that in the future.

I’m sorry, I can’t remember at what point they offered the money off. I ignored it (still too expensive for what you get imho!) and cancelled and received emails offering £50 off. There is also a Black Friday code for 44% off they keep sending me that I assume you could use?

Ooh could you possibly send me the Black Friday code please? Thank you!

I think it's after that they offer the money off. If it does cancel they send you an email and you just need to reply to that if you want to re-join.

Keep clicking - they will offer it!

I cancel after every order. They always email me offers for 44% off. I've never paid full price.
