Asking for pics after 8 months

I’ve been with Asda on MJ for 8 months now. I of course initially submitted pics and have been ticking along nicely. I’ve just reordered and they’ve asked for current pics with the dates to prove it. I started at 77 kilos and am now 64 kilos. BMI started at 32, and is now 26.5 (roughly). Is this common practice to ask for pictures like this? I’m feeling paranoid they will reject me.

I think after a while, most pharmacies would need a photo for update to make sure you're where you say you are, I guess. I don't know their maintenance policy or their cut off bmi but if you haven't reached it, then you're still okay even with pics. If you have, then they'll have to follow their policy.

Some other pharmacies will allow you to order at a lower bmi if you can prove you've been ordering MJ for that length of time and started with the required bmi. You just need pictures of confirmation emails of all your orders showing your name and the different doses you've been on, and anything else they may need as proof.

Some pharmacies are now asking for more regular photos as they have been told they need to ensure patient safety. It is a good thing, but it also means if you wish to continue with Mounjaro you need to make sure you are with a provider that is clear how they will also support maintenance.

Yeah I'm 3 months in. First month with asda with the starting photos. Oushk sold me the second pen with a photo of my previous prescription. Today tried to order my 3rd pen ( 2nd from Oushk) and have been asked for photos.

Mine was approved later in the day, no problem.

Yeah I think that there are so many people flogging their pens on social media that they have to check that you legitimately need it.

Just wanted to update for anyone interested that I uploaded my photos this afternoon and they were approved this evening. Kind of a faff and I realised I have more weight to lose still than I delusionally thought 😅 But all good.

I was asked for photos today too (started six months ago - this was for my 7th pen). Asda.

My BMI is still high (35 - was 41 six months ago), so assume they’ve just decided to up the checks.

Just finishing off my tale too - I got approved today after sending my three photos last night.

Order: Fri 29/11 @5 pm
Request for photos: Mon 2/12 @ 1 pm
Photos uploaded: Mon 2/12 @ 7 pm
Order approved: Tue 3/12 @ 11 am

Remains to be seen how often photos are requested after this. Might have been a clue that there was no approval before Monday - for all my other orders the order was approved the next day or even the same day.
