Mounjaro and feeling down the next day

I have now identified a pattern. The day after injecting Mounjaro, I feel very very down. I have no desire to do anything and I just feel very down. Thankfully the feeling goes by day 3, but does anyone else get this? It can't be anything else as nothing else has really changed in my life. I'd love to hear from others

I inject on a Saturday morning and find Sundays and, to a lesser extent, Mondays difficult. My Sundays are usually spent lazing around, as I've little motivation to do anything much and feel a bit down and very lethargic. After 7 months, I just accept this as being part of the effect of MJ and go with it, it's my time to do what feels good to me and if that's Netflix with the heat ramped up, sobeit. I have noticed, however, that if I have stuff to do away from the house which I can't get out of, I feel much, much better. So a walk, or a bit of shopping or seeing friends - anything really and I'll definitely perk up. Sometimes it helps to muscle through lower mood, I guess.

I can’t say I feel any different at all. In fact I love the first few days as I know my suppression will be strong which elevates my mood.

Thank you for your response, I really do appreciate your honesty. It's a comfort to know that I am not alone in this feeling. I'll definitely be planning things away from home for the day after the dose. Something ....anything, just to get me out of the house and using up some energy.

I guess that's one way to change my mindset and focus on the good when I'm going through this. Thank you!
