Weight loss off face- cream/ exercises?

A lucky problem I know, but I'm losing weight quite visibly off my face. However, it feels baggy and jowly! I've done a MN search but no joy really. Any tips please? Creams? Exercises?! Solidarity?!

Thank you!

Yes I feel like I need a super cream now, especially for my neck. Just my luck that I have finally lost the weight I gained in my 20s, and now in late 40s I am finally a healthy weight and have perimenopause ache and loose skin

I'm sorry but there's no cream which can physically tighten skin after the loss of volume and any which claims it can is selling snake oil. You may find that it improves with time; keeping your protein levels high will help. The evidence for dietary collagen is not especially strong but I have been taking it in the hope that it will help. Fillers can help but you need a very skilled practitioner so that you don't end up looking weird. Surgery is the nuclear but guaranteed solution.

I see a lot of people on Instagram who are big into facial massage, using those flat stones to try to encourage lymphatic drainage.

They probably also have all the Botox and lasers though, but at least it’s fairly inexpensive and you feel like you’re doing something!

I noticed my neck looking rather dry and crepey the other day!

Have you tried tretinoin via a company like Dermatica? That has helped my skin a lot and it's fairly reasonable - and actually makes a noticeable difference particularly re texture/smoothness. Don't get sucked into any fancy brand name creams as I've never found anything that did anything tangible.

I've also had a small amount of Botox plus a bit of filler in the lines going down from my nose to mouth and all those have made a huge difference. Not for everyone but I feel so much better and have lost that jowly look.

Anecdotally it seems that collagen supplements are quite useful, and relatively affordable (certainly compared to mounjaro) that it's worth a go. I think you can get about 90 capsules for about £10 from natursupps.
