Phlo pharmacy and maintenance

Hi, has anyone ordered mounjaro through phlo?

I've lost nearly 2 stone, slowly over 6 months, I think another 7lbs and I no longer need to lose weight.

I wonder what phlo offer in regards to maintenance if any?

Thanks

They're still using the incorrect (i.e: using Wegovy guidance for Mounjaro) 2 years maintenance limit and tapering off after you get to a healthy weight, based on their website.

You can email them to get specific (current) information incase the one on their website hasn't been updated. I've seen people on Reddit emailing their pharmacies to ask specifically for their maintenance policy and receiving an official reply from most of them.

I use Phlo. What they advised on maintenance early on was this:

”each patient is monitored in line with their starting weight. goal weight and monthly check-ins to ensure weight loss is on track in a safe manner - they will work closely with patients to work towards their target goal as long as it’s within a healthy BMI range (BMI 18.5-24.9).”

Once I was around 22 BMI they contacted me to discuss what my plan/target weight was with a view to tapering me down and off altogether - that said I’m not sure how long they’ll let me stay on 2.5 once I’m at goal. I will need to find that out!

I moved down from 7.5 to 5mg & have ordered another 5mg pen at 5lb off my final goal.

So essentially it’s a case-by-case basis, but they will work with you.

I’ll add that my target weight is at BMI 20.5, so well within their guidelines! So I hope they won’t get antsy about letting me taper off gently…

Thanks all, I will email them

I've started with Phlo this week but haven't had any other contact from them about support etc. is that normal? Will that come when I am next ordering do you think?

I used to receive weekly email in the beginning, what to eat etc. After that if I needed help I would email and they were quite responsive

Thanks! I've not received anything yet, and am relying on the massive amount of online info. Perhaps I'll get something after my first week
