Voy couldn't take payment- help!

I was expecting my 5mg pens this week but I got am email saying they couldn't process the payment 😱
I have resubmitted my card details.. Any idea how long it'll take for my order to be processed? I was hoping to get the new pen yesterday 😩 thanks x

Also does anyone have any idea what I can do in the mean time? I can feel my appetite coming back, it was really good the first week and then less so in the following ones. Yesterday I had a big binge which I am so upset about. And I nearly had a big binge today as well but just about managed to keep it together- thank you x

Did you throw away your previous pen, and if not, did you take 4 doses or did you do 5 doses by using the leftover liquid by doing a hard twist to force the pen?

If you still have your previous pen and you didn't try to use the leftover liquid, you could do that now and start the 5mg pen next week.

Ooh thanks I will try that.. it looks like there is still liquid in the pen and I have some needle-heads left over from my awful time on Saxenda. So do I just keep turning it past the 2.5mg bit? Or something a bit more technical? Thanks x

After 4 doses the pen mechanism locks so you can't turn it at all. But you can force the pen to turn, some people can do it by hand but I had to use pliers to do it. Once it's forced past the lock, you can then turn it as normal, except that it won't click like it did before. You can then do a normal dose just like you've done before. So prime, and then turn to the 1 position and then do the injection.

I'm with Voy, I think they should have it with you soon, maybe start of next week?

Actually, they processed mine yesterday and I got it today. they send a message saying your order is on it's way, you usually get it the day after that.

I feel like I have made really good progress on the MJ and hate the idea of it sort of going to waste during a lapse 😔😶🙃

This happened to me a couple of months back and it only caused a couple of days delay.

Thanks everyone - I called them today and they said they took payment last night... Said to give it 1 or 2 days so fingers crossed for it arriving tomorrow otherwise it might be Monday (can't remember if they use couriers or Royal Mail and we get no post on Sundays). Am reeeeally hungry today 😑

Go high fibre. It will help you feel full as well as being healthy.
