It's my 4th month on monjouro and have being stepping up the doses and currently on 10 and literally don't feel like eating anything! I didn't feel like this on the 7.5 I have had good weight loss however I'm getting tired and weak, any advice what I can do to get nutrients in me? Next injection I'm going to take 5. Sorry for the rambling just feeling sorry for myself.

You could go back down to 7.5mg (or 5mg as you said) since it was okay for you. You don't need to go up if a dose is working. 10mg seems like a lot for you if it's causing too high a suppression that you can't eat and feel weak.

Perhaps the effect will wane after a few days and you can start feeling better again. Meanwhile, you'll need to force yourself to eat. Small amounts at a time throughout the day. Get some protein and veg, fruits and a bit of carbs and 'good' fats. Balanced diet really unless you know certain things that don't agree with you, then don't take them. Otherwise, you don't have to cut out things specifically, just divide the groups of food into the right percentages for optimal health.

You will feel tired and sick if you don’t eat and it’s bad for your body. Force yourself to eat three small meals and increase calories as soon as possible.

You absolutely don't need to go up the doses every month. Stick at a dose that's working for you. Definitely drop down to 7.5 or 5 next week - in the meantime, you could try protein or meal replacement shakes or make smoothies, as it's often easier to drink than eat.

Thank you for all the advice managed to drink a cup a soup. Going out later for some protein shakes later.

@IhateHPSDeaneCnt totally unnecessary to be so unpleasant to another poster who is clearly in need of support. You are also displaying your own ignorance (injections are absolutely not a "quick fix") and prejudice towards people who have made a different choice from what you would do.
