Mounjaro headache.?

Hi all
I am at the end of my 5mg pen. Low suppression so far and little weight loss. Fingers crossed for 7.5....
Anyway I usually inject Sunday night and have noticed I have quite a fuzzy head / ache on the Tuesday. This week I couldn't inject until the Monday and had a headache Wednesday!

Given my eating habits aren't much different can anyone suggest a way to combat this please? Obviously I van use painkillers but looking for prevention ideally

Sometimes there's really nothing you can do re: prevention except treat the side effect when it occurs. A good sleep if it happens at night and you can manage, you'll be fine the next day or take paracetamol or ibuprofen if it's bothersome and you'll be fine the rest of the week.

Other than that, for possible prevention (not guaranteed), you can make sure you stay hydrated perhaps more than your usual, get some rest and fresh air, and don't eat anything that could spike your blood sugar levels or miss any meal.

Water with electrolytes often sorts out a headache for me.
